Uncertain (Vague) Concepts in Code of Administrative Procedure
Abstract:
This thesis deals with vague legal concepts. In the theoretical part there is analyzes of them trhought language. It focuses on the content and scope, questions of their application and interpretation. Through the knowledge of a theoretical part with the use case is analyzed vague legal concept of public interest, and are dealt two legal cases. It follows the intention and concept trends.
Abstract:
Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou neurčitých právnych pojmov. V teoretickej časti ich analyzuje z pohľadu jazyka. Zameriava sa na ich obsah a rozsah, otázky ich aplikácie a interpretácie. Prostredníctvom poznatkov z teoretickej časti s využitím judikatúry je podrobený analýze neurčitý právny pojem verejný záujem, pričom sú rozobrané dva právne prípady.
