Abstract:
V předložené práci studuji dielektrické bariérové výboje hořící za atmosférického tlaku a růst tenkých vrstev v těchto výbojích ze směsi organosilikonu (hexametyldisiloxan) s dusíkem a N2O. Zaměřil jsem se zejména na difúzní formy bariérových výbojů. Abstract:
In the present work I studied atmospheric pressure glow discharge and the deposition of thin organosilicon films in N2 + N2O atmosphere. I performed basic electric diagnosis of plasma and the deposited films were characterised by atomic force microscopy, depth sensing indentation, etc. I studied the effects of temperature and ammount of N2O on the film properties.
