Fluktuace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku

Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problém fluktuace zaměstnanců ve společnosti ROB DESIGN, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Uvádí příčiny, důsledky a řešení fluktuace a důvody odchodů zaměstnanců. V praktické části je představena firma a její personální řízení. Cílem práce je navržení doporučení vedoucích ke snížení fluktuace ve společnosti.
Abstract:
This Bachelor´s Thesis focuses on challenges with employee fluctuation in ROB DESIGN, s.r.o. company. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. It analyzes the cause, impact and solution of fluctuation and reasons of employee resignations. The company and its resource management are described in practical part.
