Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím popínavých a stálezelených rostlin ve floristice. Práce je rozdělena na několik částí. V první části je zpracován literární přehled využití popínavých, stálezelených rostlin v současnosti. Součástí práce je pokus na trvanlivost vybraných druhů rostlin ve váze či aranžmá. Klíčovým kritériem pozorování byla trvanlivost vybraného rostlinného materiálu a vztah mezi délkou uchování, používanými technikami zhotovení aranžmá, kde byla hotová aranžmá či kádinky s výhony umístěny. Založení prvního pokusu proběhlo 23. 8. 2019 v areálu Zahradnické fakulty v Lednici. Pokus ve váze byl pozorován 14 dní a v aranžmá 8 dní. Druhý pokus byl založen 13. 11. 2019. Pokus byl pozorován ve váze i aranžmá 21 dní. Výsledky se postupně zaznamenávaly do příslušných grafů a tabulek, které jsou součástí této práce.

Abstract:

This Bachelor’s degree dissertation deals with the use of climbing and evergreen plants in floral art. The dissertation is divided into several parts. The professional literature summary of the current use of climbing and evergreen plants is made in the first part of the work. An experiment aiming at prolonging the durability of selected plants placed in a vase or used in floral arrangements is also included in the dissertation. The key criterion of the study was the durability of the selected plants and the relation between the period of preservation, the techniques used for the arrangements where the arrangements containing plants with shoots where placed. The first experiment started on 23 August, 2019 on the site of the Faculty of Horticulture in Lednice. The vase experiment observation period lasted for 14 days and the observations period for the arrangements was 8 days. The second experiment was established on 13 November, 2019. Both the vase experiment observation period and the observation period for the arrangements lasted for 21 days. The results were subsequently recorded in graphs and tables, which are also included in the dissertation.
