Utilization of selected biocides in hygienic coatings
Abstract:
V teoretické části této diplomové práce byla zpracována literární rešerše zaměřená na hygienické nátěry a metody jejich testování. Byly zde popsány enzymy, chitosan, nanočástice a nátěry na bázi přírodních látek. V praktické části byla testována inhibiční účinnost různých biocidů na bakterie E. coli, Ps. aeruginosa a St. aureus suspenzní a difuzní metodou. Byl též ověřen vliv stárnutí nátěrů na jejich …more

In the theoretical part of this thesis was processed the literature review focused on the hygienic coatings and the methods of their testing. In this part were desribed the enzymes, nanoparticles and coatings on the basis of natural substances.
