Tato rigorózní práce se zabývá problematikou nákladů civilního soudního řízení. Téma zpracovává z koncepčního pohledu; řeší otázku, zda se mají vynaložené náklady ukládat k náhradě poražené straně, či nikoli, a případně podle jakých zásad. Costs of civil litigation are discussed in this thesis. The topic is analysed from a conceptual point of view, a question whether to shift or not to shift the costs of civil litigation and eventually on what principles is posed.
