Influence of Mother´s Unemployment to Standard of Families Living with Children

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Vliv nezaměstnanosti matky na životní úroveň rodiny s dětmi je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část této práce je věnována charakteristice nezaměstnanosti, jejím druhům a rizikovým skupinám na trhu práce. Nejprve byly definovány pojmy jako rodina, generové dělba práce, postavení matky v rodině a rodičovství. Dále se zabývá důsledky nezaměstnanosti a životní úrovní rodiny. Konec teoretické části této bakalářské práce je věnována rodinné politice, finanční podpoře a institucím. Cílem tohoto výzkumu bylo zjistit do jaké míry nezamětnanost matky ovlivňuje životní úroveň rodiny s dětmi, jaký má vliv dané prostředí na výchovu a vzdělávání dětí, na finanční situaci rodiny, na zdravotní a sociální důsledky. Dílčím cílem, bylo zjistit, kde rodina s nezaměstnanou matkou nachází podporu. Důležité změny v rodině po ztrátě zaměstnání byly také předmětem diskuse.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis "The effect of unemployment of mother who is living with children in her family" is dividend into theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of this work it was devoted to the characteristics of unemployment, and the types of risk groups in the labor market . At first the concepts like family , generated division of labor , the role of mothers in the family and parenthood were defined. After that the consequences of unemployment and living standards of the family was searched. The end of theoretical part of this bachelor work was devoted family policy, financial support and relevant institutions. The aim of this research was determined influenece of unemployment on the mothers with childern and their standard of living. Unemployment to a large extent can influence future education of children, finanancial situation of all family, health and social consequences. One of this aims was searching the ways where the family with unemployed mothers can find support. The important changes in the family after losing employment was also discussed.
