Abstract:

Integraci resp. ekonomickou integraci můžeme klasifikovat jako ucelený, dynamický proces, ve kterém politické elity státu projeví svoji loajalitu a posunou hranici zájmů a s tím úzce spojené rozhodovací kompetence z národní na nadnárodní úroveň a na instituce se zákonodárnými, výkonnými a soudními pravomocemi. Jednotný vnitřní trh, který je tvořen územím jednotlivých členských států Evropské unie a je reprezentován čtyřmi základními atributy: volným pohybem zboží, osob, služeb a kapitálu. Rozvinutý a fungující vnitřní trh je významným faktorem, který výrazně zvyšuje konkurenceschopnost Evropské unie, silně ovlivňuje ekonomický rozvoj, životní úroveň a zahraniční obchod a v neposlední řadě také mezinárodní, politické vztahy. Vnitřní trh a existence základních čtyř svobod je zárukou svobodného rozhodování, rovných pracovních příležitostí a obchodních aktivit pro všechny občany a podnikatelské subjekty daného území. Teoreticko – metodologická část diplomové práce mapuje historický vývoj evropské integrace, analyzuje tvorbu společného trhu a provádí rozbor současných bariér, které limitují úspěšné dobudování jednotného vnitřního trhu EU. Praktická část diplomová práce se na základě identifikace stávajících překážek věnuje jejich postupnému odstraňování a to zejména v kontextu s českým předsednictvím v Radě EU.

Abstract:

Integration respectively economic integration can be classified as an integrated, dynamic process in which political elites show their loyalty to country and move the border interests, and with that also closely related decision-making competency from national to supra-national level, and institutions with legislative, executive and judicial powers. Single internal market, which consists of the territory of the Member States of the European Union and is represented by four basic attributes: the free movement of goods, persons, services and capital. Developed and functioning internal market is an important factor that significantly increases the competitiveness of the European Union, strongly influences economic development, living standards and foreign trade and, ultimately, international political relations. Internal market and the existence of four fundamental freedoms guarantee freedom of decision making, equal employment opportunities and business activities for all citizens and business subjects of the area. Theoretical and methodological part of this thesis describes the historical development of European integration, it analyzes the creation of a common market and carries out analysis of current barriers that limit the successful completion of the EU internal market. The practical part of the thesis based on identification of existing barriers pays attention to their progressive removal, especially in the context of the Czech presidency of the EU Council.
