Bakalářská práce se zabývá osobností pedagoga na střední škole. Teoretická část nejprve analyzuje obecné pojmy "osobnost", "charakter" a "temperament", klasifikuje specifické poruchy osobnosti a následně vysvětluje, jakým způsobem je psychologie osobnosti aplikována v pedagogice.
