Domestic violence during coronavirus
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá domácím násilím a jeho definicí, legislativním rámcem, znaky, cyklem, příčinami a důsledky. Práce se také zaměřuje na detailní analýzu domácího násilí z pohledu Policie ČR a intervenčních center v době nouzového stavu i před vyhlášením protipandemických opatření.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with domestic violence and its definition, legislative framework, features, cycle, causes and consequences. The thesis also focuses on a detailed analysis of domestic violence from the perspective of the Czech police and intervention centers in times of emergency and before the announcement of anti-pandemic measures.
