Internal communication in the company XY Ltd.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o vnitropodnikové komunikaci ve společnosti XY s.r.o. Jejím hlavním cílem je zmapování a analýza aktuální situace nastavené vnitropodnikové komunikace v dané společnosti. V teoretické části jsou definovány důležité pojmy týkající se tohoto tématu. V praktické části k popisu současného stavu jsou v první řadě využity interní dokumenty společnosti, následně byly provedeny polostrukturované rozhovory s manažery, kteří vyjádřili svůj názor na toto téma. Součástí rozhovorů byl i rozhovor s HR manažerem, který zhodnotil situaci ve společnosti ze svého úhlu pohledu. V neposlední řadě bylo prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření zkoumáno, zda jsou zaměstnanci společnosti s nastavenou vnitropodnikovou komunikací, jejím obsahem a počtem komunikačních nástrojů spokojeni. Na závěr práce jsou shrnuty výsledky a stanovena doporučení.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with internal communication in the company XY Ltd. Its main goal is to map and analyze the current situation of the set internal communication in the company. The theoretical part defines important concepts related to this topic. In the practical part to describe the current situation, as a first are used the company's internal, followed by semi-structured interviews with managers who expressed their views on this topic. The interviews also included an interview with the HR manager, who assessed the situation in the company from his point of view. At last is a questionnaire survey examined whether the company's employees are satisfied with the set internal communication, its content and the number of communication tools. At the conclusion, the results are summarized and recommendations are set.
