Abstract:
Diplomová práce se nejprve zabývá přípravou dvou regioisomerních aldehydů - N-allyl-N-(3-formyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiofen-2-yl)-4-methylbenzensulfonamid and N-allyl-N-(2-formyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiofen-3-yl)-4-methylbenzensulfonamidu. První jmenovaný byl připraven 5ti krokovou syntézou v celkovém výtěžku 22,4%, druhý jmenovaný 9ti krokovou syntézou v celkovém výtěžku 7,2%. Shora připravené …more
Abstract:
At first we synthesized 2 regioisomeric aldehydes - N-allyl-N-(3-formyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophen-2-yl)-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide a N-allyl-N-(2-formyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophen-3-yl)-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide. The first aldehyde was prepared in 5 steps in a total yield 22,4%. The second aldehyde was prepared in 9 steps in a total yield 7,2%. These two aldehydes was than used for …more
