Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je srovnávací reklama v českém a evropském právu. Smyslem by mělo být uvedení nejdůležitějších právních předpisů českého právního řádu, které se danou problematikou zabývají a jejich porovnání s úpravou v Evropě.
Abstract:
The topic of the thesis is the comparative advertising in the law order of the Czech republic and in the Directive of the European Communities.
