Concept and realization of circuit training on on higher level of basic schools

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce bylo popsat, navrhnout a realizovat určitý počet kruhových provozů, které by ulehčily práci učitelům a zpestřily vyučovací jednotku tělesné výchovy žákům. Na základě jejich realizace byla provedena zpětná vazba. Kruhové provozy byly realizovány v prostorách tělocvičny a pohybové učebny na 22. ZŠ v Plzni s žáky 6. a 8. ročníků. V teoretické části byly popsány didakticko organizační formy práce a to nejen specifická forma kruhového provozu, ale také provoz variabilní a dále didakticko organizační formy základní, jako jsou hromadná, skupinová a individuální výuka. Byla zdůrazněna pozitiva i negativa jednotlivých didakticko organizačních forem práce (některá negativa pramenící ze zkušeností s realizací kruhových provozů na 22. ZŠ byla navíc popsána v diskuzi, jelikož se s jejich zdůrazněním v odborné literatuře nesetkáváme). Mimo jiné byla také popsána struktura pohybových schopností, pohybové schopnosti byly definovány a důkladně rozebrány, byly uvedeny metody jejich rozvoje. V teoretické části byl také popsán charakteristický bio-psycho-sociální vývoj člověka v období prepubescence a pubescence, jelikož bylo s danou věkovou skupinou pracováno při realizaci kruhových provozů. Praktická část byla výrazně obsáhlejší vhledem k tomu, že obsahovala charakteristiku kruhových provozů i jednotlivých cviků spolu s fotkami jejich správného provedení a s nejčastějšími chybami. Dále byly v praktické části popsány celé jednotlivé vyučovací jednotky. V praktické části bylo také popsáno organizační zajištění pro realizaci kruhových provozů (zejména možnosti rozdělení žáků do skupin a možnosti přípravy stanovišť).

Abstract:

The target of this diploma thesis was to create and realize several circular trainings, which would make easier work for teachers and more attractive PE lessons for pupils. Based on their realization feed-back was made. Circular trainings were realized in the gym on 22. Elementary school in Pilsner with pupils from 6. and 8. grade. The theoretical part describes didactic-organizing-forms of work a not only specific form of circular training, but also variable training and basic didactic-organizing-forms as a mass education, group education or individual education. Positives and negatives of particular didactic-organizing-forms of work were emphasised (some negatives resulting from experiences with realization of circular trainings on 22. Elementary school was described in discussion, because they are not described in specialized publications). Among others was also described structure of motor abilities, motor abilities was defined and deeply analysed, methods of their development was described. In the theoretical part was bio-psycho-socio development of puberty child described too, because it was worked with this group during the realization of circular trainings. The practical part was far deeper inasmuch as it contained characteristic of circular trainings and each exercise with photos of their right performance and most frequent errors. In the practical part were further described whole education lessons. In the practical part was also described organization of circular training (especially the possibility of splitting into groups and preparation of necessary tools and equipment).
