Church Buildings and Monuments in the Administration of Polná Deanery

Abstract:

Magisterská práce je zaměřena na problematiku církevních staveb a památek v duchovní správě Římskokatolické farnosti - děkanství Polná. Středem zájmu je zmapování základní problematiky a náplně správy takové instituce ve vztahu k jejímu církevnímu nemovitému bohatství, kdy se do popředí dostávají aspekty správně-právní, marketingové a manažerské, historicko-umělecké, psychologicko-sociální, regionální, a v neposlední řadě náboženské a morální. Práce popisuje minulé a současné stavy daných objektů a památek sakrální povahy a dále problematiku vztahu církve a státu, farnosti a obce (města), či otázky financování, fundraisingu a dotační politiky v dané lokalitě. Značná pozornost je věnována vlastní fotodokumentaci daných objektů. Z hlediska zdrojů je stěžejní terénní práce a dále vedení rozhovorů s danými aktéry. K podání základních informací se stala podkladem odborná literatura z řady vědních disciplín, regionální literatura historická i současná, či koncepce, projekty, plány a materiály poskytnuté danými obcemi, farnostmi, děkanstvím a dalšími, zejména badatelskými institucemi. Současně nebyla opomenuta aktuální právní úprava v daných odvětvích.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the problems of the church buildings and monuments in the administration of the Roman Catholic parish of Polná Deanery. The work focuses on the basic issues and the content of administration of such institution in relation to its real estate wealth, taking into consideration various administrative and legal, marketing and management, historical and artistic, psychological and social, regional and, last but not least, religious and moral aspects. The work describes the past and current state of the given objects and monuments of sacral nature as well as the problems of the relation between the church and the state, the parish and the municipality (town) or the issues of financing, fundraising and subsidy policy in this locality. Considerable attention is paid to the photographic documentation of the objects. Fundamental resources include field work as well as interviews with the given participants. The basis for the submission of basic information includes professional literature of many disciplines, historical and contemporary regional literature together with concepts, projects, plans and materials provided by the given municipalities, parishes, deanery and other, particularly research institutes. Also, the author has taken into account the current legislation in these sectors.
