Tato bakalářská práce poskytuje náhled na způsoby, jak jsou investice ochraňovány. Věnuji se především dvoustranným dohodám o ochraně a podpoře investic jakožto klíčovému pramenu investičního práva. This thesis offers a picture of methods by which the investments are protected. My work is engaged in bilateral investment treaties as an essential source of investment law.
