Abstract:
Patogeny, které produkují mykotoxiny, napadají hlavně obilniny, zeleninu jen okrajově. Nejvíce jsou ohroženy kukuřice, pšenice a ječmen, případně druhy zeleniny, které jsou delší dobu skladovány. Ke kontaminaci plodiny dochází již na poli, běhemči po uskladnění a vývoj mycelia probíhá často až na odumírající nebo sklizené části. Patogens, which produced mycotoxins, mainly attack the cereals, vegetables only marginally. Corn, wheat and barley are most at risk, or vegetables are stored for a long time.
