Abstract:
Záměr diplomové práce vychází z charakteristiky seniorů a objasnění jejich návyků. Dále má vysvětlit koncept nákupního chování a přiblížit specifika hyperkonzumní společnosti. Cíl práce vychází z odhalení nekalého chování prodávajících a nástrah, které realizují. The dissertation´s purpose works on seniors´ characteristic and their habits clarification as well as on the hyper-consumer society. It was essential to explain the shopping behaviour concept and how the decision process is done. The dissertation´s objective presents dishonest sellers´ behaviour.
