Tato rigorózní práce se zabývá stabilitním hodnocením nosičů ve formě pelet určených k plnění do detekčních trubiček. Ty slouží ke stanovení přítomnosti inhibitorů cholinesteras, přičemž vyhodnocení probíhá na základě kolorimetrické Ellmanovy reakce. Abstract:
This rigorous thesis deals with the stability evaluation of carriers in the form of pellets intended for filling into detection tubes. These are used to determine the presence of cholinesterase inhibitors, whereas the evaluation is based on a colorimetric Ellman’s reaction.
