Abstract:
V této diplomové práci byla studována kinetika tvorby a disociace olovnatých komplexů s vybranými azamakrocyklickými ligandy, které mají potenciál pro použití v medicíně jako theranostická činidla. Experimentální práce je doplněna teoretickými výpočty (např. optimalizace geometrie struktury Pb(II) komplexů), z kterých se vyvozují závěry o faktorech ovlivňujících tvorbu a disociaci těchto komplexů. …more
Abstract:
In this thesis, the kinetics of the formation and dissociation of Pb(II) complexes with azamacrocyclic ligands is studied as these complexes have the potential to be used in medicine as theranostic agents. The experimental work is complemented by theoretical calculations, including geometry optimisation of Pb(II) complexes, in order to draw conclusions about the factors affecting formation and dissociation …more
