Reconstruction of the village house

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se bude zabývat přestavbou konkrétního objektu tak, aby se z něj stal moderní, prostorný a architektonicky zajímavý objekt. Při návrhu bude kladen důraz na maximální využití prostoru a nízké energetické nároky. K výrobě energií na vytápění bude sloužit obnovitelný zdroj energie a větrání bude řešeno jako nucené s rekuperací tepla. Tato bakalářská práce bude sloužit jako studie pro majitele objektu, který jakožto laik nemá představu ani potřebné informace o tom co se dá s objektem dále udělat a jaké kroky by měl v budoucnu učinit.

Abstract:

This thesis will deal with the reconstruction of a specific object in order to become a modern, spacious and architecturally interesting building. When designing an emphasis on maximum utilization of space and low energy consumption. To produce energy for heating will serve a renewable energy source and ventilation will be solved as forced with heat recovery. This thesis will serve as a study for the owner of the building as a layman has no idea nor the necessary information about what he can do with the object and what further steps should be done in the future.
