Unemployment and economic and social impacts in a particular city or region

Abstract:

Obsahem diplomové práce je analýza v Ústeckém kraji, který vykazuje z dlouhodobého hlediska nejvyšší hodnotu míry nezaměstnanosti v mezikrajovém srovnání. Text práce usiluje o zhodnocení vývoje a charakteristiku nezaměstnanosti v České republice a zároveň v kraji jako celku. Cílem práce je analyzování zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti v Ústeckém kraji, rozklíčování hospodářských a společenských důsledků stavu nezaměstnaných. Zároveň se snaží nastínit základní příčiny vysoké míry nezaměstnanosti ve sledovaném regionu. Rovněž shrnuje míru dopadů nezaměstnanosti ve sledovaném období vybrané sociální a ekonomické indikátory v Ústeckém kraji. V praktické rovině je nejdůležitější se zaměřit na analyzování důsledků zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti ve sledovaném regionu za použití koleračního a regresního výzkumu.

Abstract:

The content of the diploma thesis is an analysis in the Usti region, which in the long run shows the highest value of the unemployment rate in the interregional comparison. The text of the thesis seeks to evaluate the development and characteristic of unemployment in the Czech republic and the same time in the region as a whole. The aim of the work is to analyze employment and unemployment in the Usti region, to decipher the economic and social consequences of the state of the unemployed. At the same time, it tries to outline the basic causes of the high unemployment rate in the monitored region. It also summarizes the degree of impact of unemployment in the monitored period on selected social and economic indicators in the Usti region. At the practical level it is most important to focus on analyzing the consequences of employment und unemployment in the monitored region using collateral and regression research
