Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza příčin neplodnosti a možností jejich léčby. Rešeršní část pojednává zejména o výběru embrya před embryotransferem. Invasivní selekční metody vyžadují odebrání části embrya pro analýzu. Dále jsou využívány neinvasivní selekční metody. Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze causes of infertility and the treatment possibilities. The theoretical part deals mainly with embryo selection before embryo transfer. Invasive selection method require removal of a part of the embryo for analysis. Furthermore, noninvasive selection methods are used.
