The system of employee remuneration of selected company
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá současným systémem odměňování v konkrétním podniku, kde byla tato oblast zkoumána. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjišťuje efektivnost stávajícího motivačního programu a metod odměňování. Dále obsahuje navrhované změny, které by měly vést k větší spokojenosti pracovníků.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with systém of reward in specific company, where this sphere was researched. Using the survey identifies the effectiveness of existing incentive program and methods of remuneration. It also contains proposed amendments, which should lead to greater staff satisfaction.
