Phenotype plasticity of monogenea in the light of recent knowledge

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o plasticitě fenotypu taxonu Monogenea. Cílem práce je vytvořit přehled o možných vlivech na tvar a velikost sklerotizovaných částí haptoru. Data byla zpracována formou rešerše dostupných českých i zahraničních zdrojů na dané téma. První část bakalářská práce obsahuje obecný úvod o základní anatomii, morfologii a morfogenezi haptorálních částí, fylogenezi a způsobu rozmnožování. Dále pojednává o metodice měření haptorálních struktur. Hlavní část této bakalářské práce se týká konkrétních vlivů na příchytné struktury. Jedná se o faktory jako jsou teplota vody, hostitel a jeho mikrohabitaty, geografie a další vlivy prostředí. Dále jsou obsaženy kapitoly o fylogenetické podstatě tématu a vnitřní integraci haptoru. Práci uzavírá přehled druhů a záznam o vlivu na jejich fenotyp.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deal with phenotype plasticity of the taxon Monogenea. The aim of the thesis is to create overview of possible influences on size and shape of the haptoral hard parts. First part of the bachelor thesis comprises general introduction about basic anatomy, morphology and mophogenesis of haptoral hard parts, phylogenesis and reproduction. Thesis includes methods of measurments of sclerites. Tha main part of the search is dedicated to concrete influences on attachment apparatus, including water temperature, host and his micro-habitats, geography and other factors. The next chapters are about phylogenetic background and internal integration of haptor. At the end of the thesis is summary of species and factors which influence his haptor.
