Abstract:
V diplomovej práce je navrhnutý kompletný systém pre správu skladových zásob v spoločnosti so zameraním na zlepšenie komplexného riadenia zásob. Teoretická časť vysvetľuje základné pojmy z teórie zásob a možnosti ich riadenia. Praktická časť je zameraná na konkrétnu spoločnosť, v ktorej bola vykonaná zmena systému riadenia zásob. Navrhnutý systém vytvára úsporu finančných prostriedkov v zásobách.
