Determination of selected alcaloids using separation techniques

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na tři vybrané alkaloidy řadící se mezi psychostimulanty, a to na nikotin, kofein a kokain. U jednotlivých alkaloidů jsou zmíněny jejich obecné fyzikálně-chemické vlastnosti, výskyt, absorpce a distribuce v organismu a jejich mechanismus účinku. This Bachelor thesis is focused on three selected alcaloids, which belong to psychostimulants, namely nicotine, caffeine and cocaine. General physicochemical properties, occurrence, absorption and distribution in the organism and their mechanism of action are mentioned for individual alcaloids.
