Abstract:
The thesis concentrates on tourism review systems value and their influence on consumer behavior of the generations X, Y and Z while participating in tourism. The thesis analyses the importance of tourism review systems for the generations and the way these review systems affect the participants in tourism during the particular phases of their consumer behavior.
