Tato diplomová práce se zabývá koncepcí trestání mládeže se zaměřením na ústavní a ochrannou výchovu. V současné době je právní úprava trestání mládeže obsažena v zákoně č. 218/2003 Sb., o soudnictví ve věcech mládeže, který je účinný od 1.1.2004. Práce má poskytnout analýzu sankčního systému a jeho uplatnění na mládež právě z pohledu ZSM a podrobněji vymezit opatření ochranné výchovy. Součástí práce …more

This diploma thesis is dealing with the theme of Concept of Punishment of Youth Focusing on Institutional and Protective Rehabilitation. Legislation of punishment of youth is currently included in Act No. 218/2003 Coll. on juvenile jurisdiction which is in force since 1.1.2004.
