Factoring as an Alternative Form of Company Financing

Abstract:

V diplomové práci jsou představeny alternativní formy financování se zaměřením na faktoring. V teoretické části práce, bylo využito literárních rešerší, které vycházeli z české a zahraniční odborné literatury. Na základě těchto rešerší byly představeny základní definice a principy faktoringu. Praktická část práce analyzuje český a slovenský trh jako i vybrané společnosti. Byla využita analýza a průzkum trhu k zjištění podmínek faktoringových služeb a propočítány základní parametry vybraných bankovních i nebankovních poskytovatelů. Na základě výpočtů a zjištěných informací o produktové nabídce poskytovatelů, byly navrženy varianty řešení pro zvolenou českou a slovenskou společnost.

Abstract:

The thesis presents alternative forms of financing with a focus on factoring. In the theoretical part of the thesis, literature searches were used, which were based on Czech and foreign literature. Based on these researches, the basic definitions and principles of factoring were presented. The practical part of the thesis analyses the Czech and Slovak market as well as selected companies. Market analysis and research was used to determine the conditions of factoring services and to calculate the basic parameters of selected banking and non-banking providers. On the basis of the calculations and the information found about the product offer of the providers, solution options were proposed for the selected Czech and Slovak companies.
