Charakterizace migrace v kapilární elektroforéze
Migration in capillary electrophoresis
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci jsme se zabývali studiem vlivu experimentálních podmínek (napětí, molarity a pH použitého pufru) na migrační chování prekurzorů a metabolitů dopaminu. Získali jsme matematické modely popisující vztah mezi experimentálními podmínkami a migračním časem a šířkou píku jednotlivých látek. Statisticky významné parametry modelu migračního času odpovídaly strukturním charakteristikám …moreAbstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to study the effect of experimental conditions (voltage, buffer molarity, and pH) on the migration behavior of dopamine precursors and metabolites in capillary electrophoresis. We have optimized polynomial quadratic models to obtain statistically significant regression parameters. These parameters correlated well with both structural characteristics of compounds …more
