Cílem této diplomová práce je zhodnocení postavení nepřímých důkazů v procesu dokazování v trestním řízení. V této práci bylo potřeba se vyrovnat nejen s jejich legislativním vymezením, ale především také s jejich vymezením v rámci recentní judikatury českých soudů. The subject of this thesis is to review the status of circumstantial evidence in the process of proving in criminal proceedings. To fulfill the subject it was necessary to not only deal with legal grounds, but mainly with a recent jurisprudence of czech courts.
