Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá představením metod a metodik pro optimální nastavení výroby. První část práce představuje jednotlivé nástroje zlepšení. Druhá část práce implementuje vybrané metody do reálné společnosti.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on the methods and methodology for optimalisation of production settings. The first part of the thesis presents possible tools for improvement. The second parts of the thesis implement selected methods into real company.
