Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá agilním projektovým řízením. Dochází k bližší specifikaci metod Kanban a Scrum. V rámci výzkumu je vypracovaná případová studie, která analyzuje možnosti Scrum transformace v konkrétním softwarovém týmu. Jedná se o transformaci z Kanbanu na Scrum. The diploma thesis deals with agile project management. There is a closer specification of the Kanban and Scrum methods. As part of the research, a case study is developed, which analyzes the possibilities of Scrum transformation in a specific software team. It concerns the transformation from Kanban to Scrum.
