Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dopadem formulace kanadské Listiny práv a svobod na schopnost Nejvyššího soudu ustanovit formální rovnost práv žen a LGBT komunity po repatriaci kanadské ústavy v roce 1982. This bachelor’s thesis analyzes the impact of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and its wording on the power of the Supreme Court over establishing formal equality of human rights of women and the LGBT community after the repatriation of the Canadian Constitution in 1982.
