Countertrade

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována charakteristice vázaných obchodních operací se zaměřením na problematiku offsetů. První kapitola obecně popisuje vázané obchodní operace, jejich jednotlivé druhy a motivy, jež vedou k využívání těchto operací. Ve druhé a třetí kapitole je popsána legislativa v oblasti offsetových programů, příklady realizovaných offsetů a současně zhodnocení jejich dopadu na ekonomiku České republiky a Švýcarska. Poslední čtvrtá kapitola se snaží o komparaci offsetů u obou zemí se současným vyzdvihnutím kladů a záporů, jež mohou tyto vázané operace zemím přinášet.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is a countertrade with a focus on offsets. The first chapter generally describes the countertrade and its different types and motives that lead to the use of these operations. The second and third chapter focuses on the legislation in the field of offset programs, examples of real offsets and at the same time it tries to evaluate their impact on the economy of the Czech Republic and Switzerland. The fourth chapter tries to compare the offsets programs in both countries simultaneously emphasizing the pros and cons that these operations can bring to these countries.
