Zaměření bakalářské práce směřuje do problematiky hmotně právního posouzení vztahu trestného činu a přestupku. Významná část práce je v souvislosti s vymezením základních kategorií, kterými jsou trestný čin a přestupek věnována též rozhodování o nich v souvislosti s používáním vybraných zásad trestního a přestupkového řízení.
