Right of Withdrawal in DCFR
Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa zaoberá porovnaním inštitútu odstúpenia od zmluvy v súčasnej právnej úprave, v právnej úprave nového občanského zákoníku a v právnej úprave DCFR (Draft Common Frame of Reference), a to so zameraním na uplatnenie inštitútu v práve ochrany spotrebiteľa. Cieľom práce je predovšetkým zhodnotiť, do akej miery bude alebo nebude nová právna úprava prínosom oproti tej súčasnej.
Abstract:
The thesis compares the contract withdrawal institute in the current enactment, in the enactment of the new civil code and in the enactment of DCFR (Draft Common Frame of Reference), focusing on the application of the institute in consumer protection law. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the degree to which the new enactment will or will not be beneficial in comparison with the current one.
