Abstract:
Úvod bakalářské práce pojednává o vitamínech B-komplexu. Jsou zde stručně popsány hlavní funkce, chemické struktury, doporučené denní dávky, významné potravinové zdroje a hlavní projevy nedostatku jednotlivých vitamínů. Druhá část práce je věnována metodám extrakce a stanovení vitamínu B12. Jsou zde popsány nejvýznamnější metody, které lze při analýze vitamínu B12 v potravinách využít.
Abstract:
The introduction of bachelor thesis deals with B-complex vitamins. The main functions, chemical structures, recommended daily doses, important food sources and the main manifestations of deficiency of individual vitamins are described here.
