Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou úpadku v českém právu. V první části se zaměřuje na historický vývoj úpadkového práva v českých zemích, a to od středověku po současnost. Následně charakterizuje úpadek a možné způsoby jeho řešení. This bachelor thesis deals with bancruptcy within the law. The first part is focusing on historical development of bankruptcy law in czech lands from Middleage to the present. Then it characterize bancruptcy and possible ways of it´s solutions. It also compares new insolvence Act No. 182/2006 Coll. with effective date 1st January 2008, with it´s older version Act.
