Employees performance appraisal as a tool of personnel management
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou systémů hodnocení zaměstnanců. Způsoby a metody hodnocení zaměstnanců jsou charakterizovány z teoretického hlediska v teoretických východiscích práce. V praktické části se práce věnuje analýze současného stavu systému hodnocení ve vybrané společnosti s následnou formulací doporučení pro zlepšení stavu tohoto systému.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the problem of the employees performance systems. The form and the method of employee appraisal are defined from the theoretical point of view in the theoretical part. In the practical part the analysis of the current status of the appraisal system is described and the recommendation for improvement of this system is provided.
