Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma ,,Komunikační bariéry na základní a střední škole" si klade za cíl zjistit případnou existenci komunikačních bariér v komunikaci mezi učitelem a žáky, učitelem a studenty. Zároveň se snaží o srovnání četnosti výskytu těchto bariér na základních a středních školách. Komunikace je jeden z hlavních prostředků k uskutečňování výchovy a vzdělávání. Komunikační bariéry jsou pak závažné překážky v komunikaci, které mohou výrazně narušit její správný průběh. První část bakalářské práce slouží k seznámení se s teoretickou rovinou komunikace, její formou, funkcí, motivací, strukturou. Dále následuje pedagogická komunikace, což je zvláštní druh komunikace mezi učitelem a žákem. Třetí kapitola se zabývá prostředím, atmosférou a klimatem ve školách, které mohou výrazně ovlivnit průběh pedagogické komunikace. Čtvrtá a pátá kapitola se zabývá konkrétními překážkami v komunikaci. Druhá část bakalářské práce je praktická, zabývá se konkrétním empirickým měřením, ke kterému byl využit dotazník, jeho výsledky mají potvrdit či vyvrátit stanovené předpoklady zabývající se výskytem vybraných druhů komunikačních bariér na základních a středních školách. Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor´s thesis is ?Communication barriers at basic and secondary schools? and its aim is to discover the possible existence of communication barriers concerning the communication among a teacher and pupils, a teacher and students. It also focuses on comparing the frequency of such barriers at basic and secondary schools. Communication is one of the main tools of upbringing and education. Communication barriers are then severe obstacles in communication, which may disrupt its correct progress. The first part of the bachelor´s thesis is dedicated to the explanation of the communication in theory, its form, function, motivation and structure. The pedagogical communication follows, which is a special type of communication between a teacher and a pupil. The third chapter focuses on the environment, atmosphere and the overall climate at schools, which may considerably affect the course of pedagogical communication. The fourth and fifth chapter deals with the obstacles of communication.The second part of the bachelor´s thesis is a practical part, it describes the particular empirical measuring. The questionnaire was used to support this measuring and its results are to confirm or disprove the set assumptions about the existence of certain kinds of communication barriers at basic and secondary schools
