Bakalářská práce se věnuje asymetrické transferové hydrogenaci pro přípravu chirálních amino alkoholů. Teoretická část popisuje důležité mechanistické aspekty asymetrické hydrogenace a asymetrické transferové hydrogenace olefinů, ketonů a iminů. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with asymmetric transfer hydrogenation as the method for preparation of chiral amino alcohols. Theoretical part of the thesis explores important mechanistic aspects of asymmetric hydrogenation and asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of olefins, ketones and imines.
