Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se zaměřujeme na stanovení toků iontů a atomů při magnetronovém naprašování jak pulzy vysokého výkonu (HIPIMS), tak i stejnosměrným proudem (DCMS). U těchto dvou typů naprašování porovnáváme depoziční rychlost a tok iontů při různých parametrech výboje. Byly změřeny závislosti toků iontů a atomů na výkonu, tlaku a délce pulzu. Abstract:
This thesis addresses the determination of ion and energy fluxes during high-power impulse magnetron sputtering (HIPIMS) as well as direct current magnetron sputtering (DCMS). We compare the deposition rates and ion fluxes of these two types of sputtering for different discharge parameters. The dependencies for discharge power, pressure, and pulse length were measured.
