Abstract:
Výskyt chronických ran v populaci se celosvětově zvyšuje a má silný ekonomický dopad. Proto je nutné vyvíjet efektní materiály pro jejich léčbu. Cílem této diplomové práce je příprava polypyrolovo-alginátových hydrogelů určených právě na krytí ran. Abstract:
The incidence of chronic wounds in the population is increasing worldwide and has a major economic impact. It is therefore necessary to develop effective materials for their treatment. The aim of this thesis is to prepare polypyrrole-alginate hydrogels for use as wound dressings.
