Diplomová práca sa zaoberá procesom vývoja konkrétneho informačného systému pre hodnotenie zamestnancov od prvotnej analýzy požiadaviek na systém, cez návrh až po výslednú implementáciu. Hodnotenie nám dáva odpoveď na to, či zamestnanci pracujú efektívne, aké sú ich výkony a na čo je potrebné sa zamerať v súvislosti s výsledkami hodnotenia.
