Abstract:
V bakalářské práci pojednávám o hypotečním úvěru poskytovaném v ČR. V teoretické části definuji hypoteční úvěr, jeho specifika a okrajově se dotýkám předpisů upravující hypoteční úvěry v ČR. Dále se rozepisuji o druzích hypotečních úvěrů, postupech poskytování těchto úvěrů, způsobech čerpání a splácení. The thesis is focused on mortgage credit granted in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part I define a mortgage credit, its specifics and I deal with the regulations concerning the mortgage loans in the Czech Republic.
