Abstract:
Podnikatelský plán je dokument, který slouží jak pro majitele firmy, jejich manažery (vedoucí pracovníky), tak i pro externí investory. Napomáhá např. při stanovení životaschopnosti podniku, poskytuje majiteli vodítko pro jeho další plánovací činnost, slouží jako důležitý nástroj při získávání finančních zdrojů a ke kontrole podnikatelských aktivit. Der Geschäftsplan ist ein Dokument, der sowohl den Firmeninhabern, ihren Managers (den Führungskräften), als auch den externen Investoren zur Verfügung steht. Dieses Dokument wird z.B. beim Feststellen von Lebensfähigkeit der Firma benutzt, es stellt für den Inhaber eine Anleitung für seine zukünftige Planung dar.
