Diplomová práce se zabývá prospěšností šíře sortimentu a kvality produktů a služeb pro posilování vztahů se zákazníky na B2B trhu. Nejdříve je charakterizován B2B trh a vymezena podstata a vývojové tendence řízení vztahů mezi dodavateli a odběrateli na B2B trhu.
