Diplomová práce se zabývá odpovědností nezletilých a jejich zákonných zástupců za dluhy. Na celou problematiku nahlíží optikou občanského zákoníku a občanského soudního řádu, judikatury a komentářové literatury. The diploma thesis deals with the liability of under-ages and their legal representatives for debts. It looks at the whole issue from the perspective of the Civil Code and the Code of Civil Procedure, case law and commentary literature.
